Dogs and cats are welcome at the Peaks on Drake – adventure pets are our favorite kind! With access to parks nearby, your pet will love living at Peaks on Drake and much as you do. View our official pet policy below, or call us with any questions you may have.

Official Pet Policy
Acceptable animals include domestic cats and dogs. Weight restrictions may apply. Four Star follows all dog breed restrictions put in place by the city of Fort Collins.
Although many Colorado cities have no breed-specific legislation, all municipalities carry ordinances, bylaws, and city codes with different standards relating to the care for animals, barking dogs, vaccinations, limits on number of pets, licensures, service animal rules, and other issues. We do not allow reptiles, rodents, ferrets, or farm animals of any type.
How Many Pets Can I Have?
The maximum number of pets per property is 2. All deposits are non-refundable. Thank you for your cooperation.
